On very short notice Brad agreed to do take a look and fit my mother's watch as the band was far too big for her small wrist. Such a small job but not without its issues which Brad dealt with and resolved in the most professional manner.

I have used Brad several times, to service and battery change on all my watches. either my Longines or my wife's Favre-Leuba Swiss along with the usual Seiko water proof. I was referred to Brad by a guy at Marion that couldn't even open the back (wrong tools). happy to recommend Brad any time and the charges are less than I've come across before
