I recently used Macdonald Air & Electrical to install a new air conditioner, ceiling fans and stove. Their service was faultless and I thoroughly recommend them for any electrical work. The 3 installers were on time, friendly, hard working and efficient. After they finished, they cleaned up all outside and inside areas thoroughly - not one bit of rubbish was left. They also took away all packaging and old appliances. I won't hesitate to use them again. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed. Jill

The team at Macdonald Air & Electrical were fantastic to work with. We had received a number of quotes and they came in a lot cheaper. In addition, they still booked us in pending body corporate approval to ensure we got our air con installed before Christmas. The trades did an excellent job and tidied up before they left. I’ll definitely be recommending them to whoever needs work.
We had three small split aircons installed. Their work was impeccable. Everything was installed to perfection, looks outstanding and they cleaned up beautifully too. They were both vigilant with our cat indoor requirements and showed great care and respect generally. Fantastic company with hard-working wonderful human beings - highly recommend. Thanks again guys!
I want to say how impressed I was with the boys who installed our aircon yesterday. It certainly wasn't an easy job and ended up being more of a challenge than they expected but they took it in their stride and we ended up with a wonderful result. They had great attitudes, communicated with each other really well and overall were some of the best installers I've ever had. They communicated really well with me as well ensuring everything was exactly as we wanted it every step of the way and I just can't say enough nice things about them. We really appreciate having such a great experience and will definitely recommend these guys!
We’ve recently used Macdonald for air conditioning install and pool electrical connection have had such a great experience. The response time for initial internet inquiry was excellent and then quoting was turned around extremely quickly. Alex came out with the iPad in the morning and we had a quote by end if day. Our electrician was Rob and he was excellent. He had to come back multiple times due to a few delays in pool work, and we were so glad that we had the same person throughout. Rob was extremely professional, an excellent communicator, and was more than happy to get stuck in and work hard to get the job done. Bianca in the office was also great, and patient, with our scheduling challenges. A great experience from start to finish. It’s so nice to have found an electrician we will be more than happy to go back to.
Alex and his team did a wonderful job installing two large, and one small, inverter units at our place. The tradies were polite and efficient and the quality of work excellent. I will be recommending them to my friends.
