I visited the Brava Melbourne store Bourke Street last Wednesday and was served by a lovely girl called Amber. I can say without exaggeration this was the best bra shopping experience I have ever had. Amber was friendly, knowledgeable and provided me with beautiful and well fitting bras. I walked into the shop wearing an 18E bra and walked out with several 14H bras!! They are so much more comfortable! I will definitely be returning to this store for more bras. I was impressed that Brava provide a service that once you have been fitted your details will be kept online and they can suggest any differences between brands. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I can't recommend this wonderful shop enough. A lovely selection of pretty and functional bras, specialising in supporting those of us in larger bodies. Shopping for bras as a bigger person can be challenging, but the staff are so kind, lovely and helpful, and my bras are absolutely incredible. I couldn't believe the difference they made.
Thanks to the rad woman who served me today who made getting a bra fitting easy, fun, stress free and shameless! Super positive vibes, welcoming and kind. As well as a sassy range. I feel uplifted in all the ways :)
Got there at 1pm in one of the only 2 days when it's opened to find out they are closed for lunch till 1.45pm and are also fully booked for today so disappointing and a complete waste of time.
I walked into the Brava city store and didn't know where to start. I was approached by a lovely employee named Anna who asked me what I was looking for, and after I told her she said just wait in here and I'll see what I can find. Bra shopping can be a very frustrating experience but with the amazing customer service I received from Anna, it was quite the opposite. I definitely recommend this store and will be going back. If this is how Anna approaches all of her customers, she deserves an award. Absolutely Fantastic!!
