The owner said everything was covered in the 150 fee. when the removalists arrived they said they charge in petrol both ways. so an additional charge that I was not informed of. upon calling the owner I was abused by him and told because he had worked awhile that meant he was in the right. i told him that's not how contracts worked he then called his workers and yelled at them over the phone. very unprofessional. DO NOT hire them.
We had Hunter Coalfield Removal out last weekend and their service was second to none. I would recommend this company to anyone, the two guys did an excellent job taking great care of all our belongings. I appreciate their help as they made our move as easy as possible.
Great job And Reasonable price
I used Hunter Coalfield removals recently and they were excellent. They were the most prompt of all the contacted removalists in getting back to my online request for a quote (some others didn't even reply) and I received a personalised phone call. On the day, they arrived on time, had all the necessary gear to protect our belongings and were very efficient. The 2 men working on the day were very friendly and professional. Even though our move was a localised one, it was handled with a high degree of attention to detail, regardless of how far our belongings were to travel in the Van. The quote was as agreed, no problems, and we felt that customer service was paramount.
