Popped in here for dinner while we were visiting last weekend, the staff were so lovely and welcoming and the food was excellent - loved the gluten free pizza base they made. Would call in here again for sure if we find ourselves here again - thanks!!

Brilliant food and service. They made a special effort on Valentine's Day. Beautiful evening. The staff are extra special.
I don't know why they stopped building pubs this way. The design is perfect. Pre-steel-beam era means all rooms are smaller but there are heaps of comfortable nooks. Great new deck out front for summer, great old fire places inside for winter. Dinner menu is very upmarket. Recommend crushing a few reschs and then getting a pizza in town.
Went to this place in April with no issues. Went back there again whilst in the area. 4 adults and 4 kids, ordered 1 meal for each of us. Only 1 adult meal and 3 kids meals were served. After waiting god only knows how long the staff eventually informed us that they somehow forgot everyone else’s meals and then essentially blamed it on us because they tried to bring us 2 kids fish and chips (the missed kids order was 1 fish and chips and so surely they should understand the confusion there?!) which regardless doesn’t excuse the 3 adult meals missed. The staff were unapologetic and started getting huffy at us. They then advised us that the kitchen was closed and we would get a refund and that was it. No apology. Nothing. Utterly ridiculous!
Fire places in every room, beautiful food. Awesome live music. Friendly people. What more could anyone ask for.!
I enjoyed a fantastic, delicious meal at the Braidwood Hotel tonight, a very cold July night. They have a wonderfully big open fire. The service staff were very friendly. I ate a yummy barramundi, with tasty salad. The service was quick. Very enjoyable. Highly recommended.
