Service very friendly and lots of choice. Is located in the industrial estate and not where you'd expect to locate this type of business. Advantage is that parking is available and accessible. Would recommend.

I saw an artwork from a local artist advertised in the shop window which I really liked. Upon closer inspection in the shop there appeared to be a mark on the print so I inquired about this. The shopkeeper told me it was not a mark, but part of the artwork. I also asked whether it was a limited-edition print which she said it was and the numbering was on the back. I was in a bit of a hurry and so I – very naively – took her word for it and purchased the artwork for 788. When I arrived home, I unpacked my frame and really felt ‘the mark’ was out of place on the artwork. I looked up the artwork online which did not show the very distinctive mark. The numbering on the back also only referred to ‘sample print’. I was increasingly worried about my purchase so I contacted the artist and sent her pictures of the mark. She confirmed this was damage and not part of the artwork. She also said the sample print was not part of the official collection but just that, a ‘sample print’ which she had sold privately to the owner of Frameworks for significantly less that what I purchased it for and was never meant to be sold on. It also did not have the damage on the print at that time. The artist was mortified I was deceived in such a way and generously offered a discount on her genuine artwork to be purchased via the website. I returned the sample print to Frameworks and got my money back and the artist contacted Frameworks to request the print be destroyed to ensure no one else would fall victim to these dodgy practices. Very very deceitful behaviour which nearly cost me 788! I will never set foot in this business again.
