My home insurer provided Cowan Restoration Services for a water damage cleanup at my house in a Melbourne suburb, and I was highly impressed with Johnny who attended my property. Johnny was very polite, very thorough, answered all questions with great care and provided one of the best customer service I've ever experienced from a tradesman. His professionalism was outstanding and he takes great pride in his high quality of work. Highly impressed.

I usually try not to leave bad reviews but I don't know what to do anymore. Unfortunately I can not agree with the other reviews. I am writing this as I am AGAIN waiting for them to show up (again not on time, or again maybe a no show??). This company was hired by our rental agency to look after some water damage. The damage happened 6 weeks ago and the job still has not been finished. This is mainly due to unreliable behaviour by them when it comes to appointments. I can not judge their actual work or service yet. Just to give you an example: For one scheduled appointment they arrived 90 min late and were then unfriendly when they could not finish their job (I had to leave for work which I had told the scheduling team beforehand. They had a window of 4 hours to come and do what they needed to do). Then another appointment for which they did not show up, again (second no show). When I rang them, they only said that the job prior took longer than expected and they would not make it anymore today. Well, I think we all know life happens but I would have at least expected a phone call to let me know that I do not have to wait for them for 1.5 hours. This is the most unreliable service I have worked with so far. Their customer service is not great. Can not recommend.
They are so quick and get the job done and the people are so nice I love them and if I have and further water damage you can bet I will be using the
My Insurance company provided Cowan Restoration service in Adelaide due to water damage flooding at our house. Their response was amazing and the service was excellent the guy doing the work was caring and concerned regarding our needs very helpful and hard working. The two guys that work for this Company are a credit to there company for work ethic and manners and customer service.
Very efficient and effective in there work.
