The shop has everything a BCF shop should have. All staff are great except for a staff member named T... T is very whimsical. I used to be a regular customer there but one day T put me on an awkward situation. In stead of dealing with me nicely T reacted angrily on my issue. I felt embarrassed in front of other customers and staff. I only listened what T said and then left the shop quietly. I deserved respect. Since then I never went to this shop again. Now I drive further, to Cranbourne shop. This cost my time and fuel!!! Hope this does not happen to anyone else.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Placed an order online, got a call to say only the display item was available (no issue). Had someone drive an hour out of their way to pick up the order only to be told there was a part missing and the item was useless. Its a discontinued line and no other stock is available.... offered to order a replacement part, but the wait could be 2-3weeks. No apologie.... massive waste of time! BCF get your sh*t togethet
Good place for all your boating and fishing needs
Quite a relaxed atmosphere, great for the whole family. And while Dads looking at his next dream boat and the kids are going bananas; Mum can take them into the cafe there. Win win really!
