I contacted Sheree in a panic in December, we had purchased our first home on the saturday in December (of course not planning we would buy a house that day) I rang in a panic as we had never been through something like this before and we're due to sign our contracts at 5pm that day. Sheree immediately calmed me down and started to explain her process reassuring me that she was only a phone call away and i was to ring her with any concerns. Prior to signing that contract Sheree had gone over it with a fine tooth comb ensuring there were no issues prior to us signing. Sheree kept us updated our entire process and when we had an issue with settling she was constantly in the background organising and speaking to the other party - had it not been for Sheree and her team we would not be where we are now.
