Box hill store. Friendly staff and service. The staff helped pack my package and were patient with my questions. Reasonable price would recommend.

This is the worst service I ever had. They have another store in Box Hill, the male assistant did nothing but threw our products into another box. I was sooooo upset and asked him why he threw our products, he said that was faster. Come on!!!! This is your service and my products are purchased for you to throw?! So that means once my customers and my parents received my broken products so you will pay all those for me? He said of course not. "So why do did you do that?" He said nothing. Finally we went to another store. If they wanna do reckon this is their corporate culture, fine, I'm completely blind to have this site to ask even for basic customer service. Cold laugh, wish them "really best'". Any customers wanna receive a fair treatment, trust me, don't go there. The another store in boxhill, not the Whitehorse Road one.
Very bad service!
Extremely bad service... the worth I ever had in Melbourne. No one could speak properly English that's fine but they are very very rude also saw them had arguments with other customers when I was there. Go find other delivery companies
