Some of the staff are very rude and made me very cross. I confronted her and she apologized for her bad attitude. You should not keep silent and suffer. It is Australia, everybody should be respected.
This was the WORST experience in any Medicare Service. An old lady with glasses was so rude. I advise this center to really train its stuff. I will never GO BACK to this center. So unprofessional staff. Just sitting there chatting and not interested in doing any work. Tax payers money being wasted!!
Carol is the nicest lady that works here. She’s so so so kind and thoughtful. She helped me process my Medicare application and had my best interest at heart. She was truly such an angel and really made me feel accommodated. Thank you
The service was great all staff I spoke to were incredibly helpful, they were visibly stressed but attentive, I commend the work they're having to do amidst the covid19 crisis, I feel like, the only people leaving poor reviews on these staff and facilities are the ones that are slinging abuse every time they walk in. Good work from the Ladies there, thank you for your help!

everyone here is super, duper lovely!!! don't read the reviews by the old people who don't know how to use a computer. they're very helpful and even if they don't know what to do they try their best. my situation was pretty tricky and they helped me every step of the way!!!
Had a quick visit to combine our family medicare. Everyone was helpful, efficient and it was all efficient and seamless - I have since been told this is a rare occurrence which makes me even more grateful for the positive experience.
