We all know this place has parcel lockers, and it's a great location - there's always parking out the front, the lockers are indoors, it's open 24 hours, and it's even next to a cop shop for added security. However, the existence of PO boxes at this location seems to be less well known. If you do try and rent a PO Box online, this location does not appear, and Box Hill Post Shop (located in the shopping centre, Coles building) has no available boxes (rather, there are no boxes there). To rent a box at this location, one must visit the Box Hill Post Shop. The friendly staff there can get you set up and give you the keys in the one visit. When I went earlier in 2020, there were plenty of small sized PO boxes available for rent. This location also has the red door service - if you have a small parcel that doesn't fit in your PO box, they will put it in a special locker and leave a key. Unfortunately, this service doesn't seem to extend to large parcels, which are kept in the back room on site and available for collection from 6:45am to 9:45am only. The times were confirmed on a visit on 11/08/2020 - I tried contacting Australia Post to ask them about the times, but they didn't even seem to know there's a parcel collection window at this location.

It seems that these parcel lockers have been offline/out of order since Monday. It appears that it is also a frequent occurrence as well. I highly recommend Australia Post to investigate this issue further. I hope it does get rectified lest it tarnish an otherwise excellent service.

This machine is out of order Its a joke!! They call it convinient!! What a hazzle to call a 1800 number wait on hold then they ask you all of the numbers some which are too long to memorise. Didnt have a pen on me to write. Come home make a 2nd call start all the questions answers kept on hold. Tech will take 24 business hrs to fix itits Saturday today! so I wont be using the parcel locker again!! Cmon Aus Post do your bit better than this.
