If I could give less than a one star review, I would. The company itself seems to be run by people who dont care or either have no idea what theyre doing and have obviously been kept in the dark by Ricoh head office over in Asia. Poor customer service and just a waste of everyone's time - requested call-backs and further information on 5 seperate occasions within the last 2 months and havent had any response. Dont bother with ever choosing a printer from Ricoh.

I wish to provide some direct feedback regarding the service department of Ricoh. Specifically that of "Reggie" based at Eastern Creek. I called to request a sales person to upgrade my photocopier contract, however was told that my photocopier was not contract currently. This is quite amusing given that we have paid a monthly bill to Ricoh for the past 5 years. To be honest, Reggie needs to consider an alternative career as I don't believe that customer service is his forte. A great example of how to lose a long term customer in an environment when new business would likely be quite rare !

Terrible Support. Terrible Customer Service. When we were signing up for a machine, they promised the world - literally promised everything. As soon as the signature was signed, I could not get anyone to answer my calls. They dropped the printer off and didn’t even teach us how to connect our computers to the printer. We had to insist they send someone back and they wanted to charge us for it. When I call the sales line, I am answered within seconds. When you call support, be prepared to be on hold forever. I’m currently on my 4th call since last week. Each time I gave up after 30 minutes of waiting. My current call has been on hold for 36 minutes. I’m so dissatisfied that it drove me to write this review.

DO NOT PICK RICOH! An absolute nightmare... Utterly disgusting.. There a few words that can describe the unprofessional-ism of not only the technicians but general management. We have since dropped Ricoh due to constant issues we faced year after year. We are now with Fuji and very happy!

Absolutely Rubbish. Very poor service. No concept of customer service at all. My contract finished 3 months back and I am still being billed every month inspite of repeated requests. Will never buy a Ricoh again. They promise the world when you sign the contract and then they dont want to know you.

Rubbish service! Ricoh promises same day service yet has never fixed one of our printers within 3 weeks of it being logged. Staff who have no clue what they are doing and are not trained in any way make the process even longer.

Snake oil at its finest. We were scammed more then 40,000 dollars by Ricoh, many years latter we are still fighting back.
