Exceptional service above and beyond expectations. Had the pleasure of meeting Owen who gave us a comprehensive handover. We love our new lift and are very impressed by the level of service and professionalism of this company. Nothing is too hard - they really do live up to their name of making life easy. Looking forward to many years of “easy living” ahead. Definitely recommend!

It started as a normal yearly maintenance but then something went wrong with the door latch. I have a three-story house and a disabled wife in a wheelchair. Hilton the technician said he wouldn’t leave until he got the lift going. He contacted the office canceled other jobs that he had and got the greenlight from management to stay as long as it took. He searched all over Brisbane for the part that he needed and he came back and got the lift operational much to my relief he was there from nine till about 4 o’clock great service really compassionate and understanding my situation thank you To Hilton and management
Easy Living are Five Star very Professional The other night my lift failed whilst my wife was inside. Panic stations we are both in our Seventy’s Night time not sure what to do contracted Easy Living after hours Hilton Easy Living Technician Superman In our eyes spent 40 minutes on the phone patiently explained how to get the lift operational so I could rescue my terrified wife even offered to come straight out he is a Champion. The next day Michelle another Champion contacted me apologized the lift failed even though it wasn’t there fault it was a faulty battery. Jacques Technician from Easy Living was another Champion spent hours checking everything found the fault assured my wife all working properly Great Company and a Great bunch of people to deal with. This is the first time I have experienced Jacques Boudelot servicing my lift at Palm Beach and it is the first time that I was made aware of a couple of issues due to corrosion. I am well aware of the corrosive environment the lift is located in and if it had been pointed out to me in the years during servicing I could have regularly carried out a preventative maintenance between services. I have always had a issue with the servicing as all I witnessed was ticking boxes on a piece of paper. Jacques fully communicated with me of all he did something that has never been done before. My opinion is that Jacques is a very valuable employee and I will very happy for him to continue servicing my lift. You should note that I have rated the business as professional and I have done this because of Jacques completing the service. I certainly would not have given this rating previously.
