It was the second time I bought cars from them. Andrew was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and Russell valued a returned customer very well. Moreover, their after-sale service was amazing. I had a minor accident related to the auto-park. When I discussed the accident with them, they were not defensive at all. They would repair the damage as part of the service willingly and proactively.

Blew a tyre on the M5 - drove on the flat tyre to VW to get a new one. They didn’t have my size (Audi A5). But they happily changed to my spare tyre free of charge! Oh and free coffee as well.

Rhiannon Murphy in the finance department is amazing and took the time to carefully explain everything to me to make sure i understood before i signed on the dotted line.
