Worst system and company. Blames everyone. Plumbers has put so many valves on..still got running water..which cause the motor to run all the time..which causes the condensation valve to run aswell.. beyond ridiculous!!

Do not do business with this supplier under any circumstances, they should be shut down period. They are happy to take your hard earned money for overpriced garbage that breaks down in 6 - 12 months then leave you high and dry blaming anyone or anything (plumbing installation/electrical installation/weather etc) in order to get out of warranty claims. Also if you look at the replies to people’s complaints they simply state that they have no recollection of these people as customers, stay away from these bums.
Potential customers/plumbers, stay away from this supplier/brand at all costs. These sub standard products break down in 6-12 months if you are lucky, they charge an absolute premium for so called European products that are far inferior to other cheaper brands such as rinnai/dux etc. When they fail not if, they blame anyone or anything (plumbing installation, electrical installation, weather etc) in order to weasel there way out of warranty. Then when customers write truthful reviews of bad experiences they simply state they have no recollection of you in their database in order to try cover up their bad rating, nice try Stiebel. ANYONE WHO HAS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE LEAVE A BAD REVIEW AND WITH ANY LUCK THESE CROOKS AND THEIR GARBAGE WILL DISAPPEAR FROM THE AUSTRALIAN MARKETPLACE.
Disgraceful company and product! It is highly likely that they were selling a second hand product as after not even 6 months, there were rusty water flowing out of the tap! Called and waited ages for them to come into my salon for an inspection only to be told that they’re not gonna replace the unit and tried to up sell me some other product which was totally unnecessary. Plumbers and households beware! Never deal with this company as you will be extremely out of pocket!
First class service and advice from John M at Stiebel Eltron. He went above and beyond my expectations. Guidance that we needed new digitally controlled DEL13 PLUS unit to replaced our 27 year old basic instant hot water unit that was delivering erratic hot / cold water. He advised on the correct unit and that we had been massively overcharged at 4,510 for the basic one . Replacing the same basic unit did not solve the temperature fluctuation issue as it not cope with the change in water pressure fluctuations in the building. RRP was 955, digital one 1,350. If a plumber charges more than 2,000 to 2,500 installed look elsewhere. John took the trouble to make sure the new plumber was ordering the correct digital unit. Highly recommended that you check with Steibel Eltron on which unit is most suitable and pricing.
Great heat pump hot water system working well
We had a Stiebel Eltron heat pump hot water system installed in our new build near Singleton NSW. Our place is 100% offgrid. We've lived in the house for over 12 months now, and found this system to be absolutely brilliant. It's very quick and highly efficient and quiet running. No matter how many people are in the house, we have never run out of hot water. The company itself has also proven flawless. We had a couple minor problems at first, which the team at Stiebel (and their contractors) took immediate action to remedy without any fuss or inconvenience to us. Highly professional people to deal with. They definitely stand behind their product, and the product performs very much as advertised.
Only had this heat pump install for approximately 1 month, but I have already noticed that it can reheat in half the time of my old Dux airoheat.pump
