Hi there... this is my honest review as their first customer. I was looking for a plumber to detect any leaks in my property as the water meter keep running while there is no water tap on. I chose this company because they hae very good review and I have contacted them to ask for the quote. but they can not give the price without inspecting the property. so they offer me 95 just to come and check it. since they have very good review I don't mind to pay the call out fee because I believe they can do their job. once they arrive to my house. Luke the guy who came. he just looked all the taps inside the house and said there is no leaking. which is everyone can do it. what I want the company to do is to find the source of the leaking and ask him to use the hearing check. he just do the hearing check after we asked for it. He even did not bring the battery for the tools and borrow my batteries to do the hearing test. the worse thing is he keep making call while doing his job. At the end He pointed water heater tank valve is old and start dripping water..He charged 240 for check and valve replacement and said no other leaks were found. Once he left, I checked the water meter without water usage, the water meter still running. Contacted Warren and Luke. I have been told, nothing they can do about it as the leaks must be under the slab. What disappointed me is that I paid for 240 for nothing that I hoping for (which is the main leakage issue), and he is constantly on the phone while on investigating. If I knew from the begining that they could not do the fully check to find the source of the leakages, I would not wasting my time and money. Be aware of their good review...
The Plumbing Professor did my shop plumbing, and still does my maintenance. They were very reliable and prompt during construction, and now do my maintenance. Very pleased with their overall professionalism - great plumbers.
