Incredibly bad experience with this store. When we went in to buy an electric mobility scooter for my mother which cost over 2k we were stuffed around badly. BE CAREFUL BUYING SECONDHAND HERE as we were told that they had no warranty but after pressuring them was told that 30 days limited was possible. We were told at this point they do trade ins. Fast forward a couple of months after buying the product and mum has broken her ribs and hips and is unable to use the electric wheelchair. I went in to them and asked to trade it in on a manual chair...I didn't even ask for cash. It has only been used about 5 times and is in the exact same condition that I bought it. The lady that served me was incredibly rude. Told me to email photos which I did. I was then told that they don't trade in secondhand products which is contrary to what I was told when I bought and their website says they do trade-ins (false advertising to me). However they would have it in their showroom and sell it for me but would take 30% of what it sold for. So paid them over 2k less than 6 months ago, in same condition and won't even trade for a product that is under half the cost. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE...WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT ANYONE I KNOW KNOWS HOW THEY PLAY.

Service is ok but the prices arè a little expensive. Fortunately I got my shopping through a government funding otherwise I don't think I can afford. Been the only disability store around Ipswich I recommend that they should be able to provide most necessities for people with disability

don't buy DoTerra, it's a Multi-Level Marketing scheme & the company preys on vulnerable people. WOW services private & GQ disability care & the products/DoTerra culture is endangering to both demographics. Remove DoTerra and any other direct sales products from your stock, Oil Garden, Thursday Plantation and Bosistos are all Australian brands and have safety usage guidelines. If you want artisan essential oil, I suggest perfect potion (online store, storefronts in Brisbane CBD, West End, etc). I have had good experiences with this store, and I do recommend it highly. I rented a lift/bed chair a couple of years back, after surgery, and the experience was great. It is only these products specifically are unsafe and the purchase of them contributes to a systemic exploitation of vulnerable & disenfranchised people, posing a huge health and safety risk to the demographics this business services.

The mother and daughter working there are great! Don't expect that kind of service from teenagers these days but she was really helpful, was able to answer all my questions with a smile, when I asked the possibility of a discount (I'm a pensioner) she arranged it; I saved 25! The mum was great as well even though she looked very busy, I didn't know how much goes on behind the scenes at WOW! Definitely recommend this place.
