Dr. Was more interested in checking out the weather on the internet than making me feel like a valued client. The receptionist was having a happy personal chat on the phone and did not seem to notice I was trying to get her attention. An all over disappointing appointment. Won't go back...

Tall Tales

My local GP found a number of skin cancers on me, and treated froze them with nitrogen, but said that they seemed to be popping up everywhere on me, and suggested I make an appointment with a skin cancer clinic. I phoned the one at Booval from my local doctor's surgery, but they didn't answer their phone for a number of minutes, then put me on hold for 15 more minutes. My doctor had a full waiting room, so I said I'd try again from home. An hour later I phoned them again, but the same thing happened, and I terminated the muzac after a 20 minute wait. I've now made an appointment with another skin cancer clinic.

I have found the staff here to be very kind and considerate. They have made me feel calm and have been very assuring. I am always able to get an appointment easily and have felt they have a thorough understanding of all issues presented. I totally recommend them for skin issues and will happily continue going there.
