Have rowed here quite a few years. Friendly and helpful community of rowers in a scenic setting. You can row socially, or seriously/competitively. Feel grateful every time I get on the water.

I've been a member at LMRC (previously Hunter Rowing Club) for 18 years. I was taught to row by many previous and current members who were generous with their time and encouragement. My time there has always been enjoyable. I would urge anyone to attend a 'learn to row' session to find out for themselves what the club is about.
Great community facility, with a good learn to row program for all levels and inviting members.
All the good comments are from current members of the committee or very influential members of the club.
Lots of aggression and sly characters, I prefer to enjoy my exercise.
Great sport, great club, great members, and great location.
