Staff were quite rude and argumentative to be honest. The old guy talks over the top of you and the old lady is dismissive. Their lack of knowledge of their products is appalling and their after sales service is frustrating. I don't like to post anything negative, but my experiences with this business have left me quite frustrated that my kindness was taken advantage of. To be honest, the money you would save by going to JB or Officeworks would be worth the fuel and the fact that you would get knowledgeable, helpful service woukd be worth your time. I would recommend that you let them be.

Wonderful people, great service & all with the feeling you were actually cared about! A far cry from so many other shopping experiences for sure! I have sadly become accustomed to being treated like I'm merely there to intrude upon sales peoples lives & take them away from chats with workmates. Was so refreshing to be greeted with smiles & courtesy. I am now a steady customer of this business & have enjoyed great service helpful advice & pleasant surroundings.
