Hey! What to say. Good books. Easily viewed. Easily bought. Delivery always faster than expected. Consequence. Have to read at greater speed. My only complaint is that the size of certain type, turns out to be so small as to be almost unreadable. My request is that at least you warn of this on website

Longtime customer. I still shop around but Booktopia is my first choice; my go to. AUSTRALIAN OWNED AND OPERATED. In Lidcombe, Sydney. Usually cheapest or close to relative to others (eg Amazon) for a basket of goods even when paying for delivery. Quick deliveries and minimal waste in packaging. Usually cardboard. Get a nice free basic but useful bookmark with orders. Online service is good and reasonably prompt. Update 14.1.21 -------------------------Booktopia Publisher Services 'service' is atrocious. Asked simple questions and had a series of evasive and unhelpful answers. A small component of Booktopia otherwise would change my rating. However, 10 stars to Booktopia as a customer buying books, 0 stars as a publisher trying to consider working with Booktopia to stay Australian.
