I visited the store around 11.00am today. What a disappointment, no one standing at the entry like normal, he was behind the cashier counter assisting a co employee. I wanted 2 photos printed, went to the kiosk went through the process and paid with my store card. Then I had to lineup to get a receipt. Well then took 15mins due to staff storage with 2 people working on the queue that was growing by the minute. Once I got served and given my receipt I headed back to the kiosk to print off the photos. Unfortunately not the case, I had to raise my hand and a guy now allocated to the entry came over to assist and told me I needed another reprint of the receipt. When I said I wasn't going to join the service centre line again he directed me to the cashier who would reprint. After lining up again for a few minutes, receipt in hand it was quick to finalise to photo's. I did notice while waiting in the queues several new staff joining the teams which help with clearing the backlog of customers. What would be great to see is for a permanent floater to be stationed in that upper area to assist customers as there were several customers that needed assistance. Unfortunately there was little evidence of that service today.

This is the 6th time I’ve tried to call... each time the phone just continues to ring and it seems many others have had the same experience too. Currently been waiting for someone to pick up for 12 minutes 43 seconds so far this time round...
This store obviously does not want my business. For two days I have tried to ring to check if they have an item in stock. The phone rings out whether I call during business hours or in the evening when the store is open. I will now buy from a different retailer
Officeworks gets 5 stars because it provides a similar service Australia wide , has long opening hours and you know what to expect from it. I can purchase children’s learning tools and do some printing if not on a urgent, super tight deadline.
Service is like any other Officeworks, very average. The print area is very busy with 2 out of 6 of the photocopy machines not working.
Incredibly slow service. No one wants to wait in line for 30 minutes, either get more staff working or figure out a better system.
Huge range and every section is very clearly marked so you don't get lost.
Went to print a photo, after 45mins of waiting in queues, I finally lodged my print job only to told that the photo printing was just not working today and I can get a refund if I want...in another 15 min long queue. I went to DigiPrint down the road which had the same photo upload system - but got really nice prints in 15mins... including print time. Oh and they even said hello, nice!
