Lucy has been amazing, helped me more than I would imagine. She doesn't just sit there and listen to you but really try to understand and find suitable solutions to your problems and give also a lot of materials to bring home and dig even deeper in understanding yourself. Totally recommend her!

My partner and I had regular sessions with Lucy. With work and home life boundaries blurred our situation was highly complex. Lucy helped us unpick a lot of themes that had impacted our situation and help us learn and unlearn behaviours that weren't serving our relationship. Lucy’s approach is unique, compassionate and professional at all times. She is highly intelligent and completely relatable to make you feel at ease talking about intimate details. The session is a two-way talking experience of listening and learning and incorporates techniques such as hypnotherapy with homework and reading exercises. She has a way about her that makes you feel comfortable to talk about the really difficult stuff and works with you to recognise and label your behaviour so you can deal with it (alone or as a couple) and move through. She is generous with her time and always professional, practicing clear boundaries at all times. I now have a better connection with myself than at any time in my life. My confidence, self-esteem, dreams and goals are in healthy abundance and I can’t thank Lucy enough. Book with confidence!

If I could give six stars, I would. I have been seeing Lucy for the past six months for counselling and coaching and it has truly been life-changing. Lucy is incredibly knowledgeable and has a warm, engaging and empathetic approach. Walking into my first session, I wanted to address several things but was not entirely sure where to start or how it all was related. Through our sessions not only have I been able to understand and address parts of myself that I have struggled with since childhood, but have also developed a greater sense of self and confidence - which has positively affected all aspects of my life.
