WARNING to prospective travellers ! Stay away from this travel agency. Reason: This travel agency will cancel your booking at a last minute. We paid in full our booking in late October 2018 for travel in early March 2019 to Spain, Portugal and Morroco. Less than four weeks later, we received a letter from Insight Vacations that the tour was cancelled due to "operational reasons". What a lame excuse, your guess is just as good as mine ! Those travellers who have made full payment to this travel agency would have made payment to airlines, hotels and perhaps had finalised their holiday plans with their employer, as their booking had been confirmed by Insight Vacations. What about offering your valuable customers compensation for late cancellation of this tour as a gesture of goodwill ?
Best to try another agent such as NRMA travels.
