Customer Service was ZERO. No smile and she did not even say thank you after I purchased their product. I think this Cold Shop keeper does not know that her customers pay for her wage. Just bought Olaplex shampoo. Found what I wanted. Description of shop keeper: blonde hair colour and a bit chubby. I should have spent my hard earning money somewhere else where they appreciate the customers.

I have been coming here for over 5 years, today I went in for my usual cut and blowwave, I was informed that there has been a big change to the store. I was impressed with the new hairdresser her name is Esky. I highly recommend her and the Bondi junction salon! Looking forward to my next appointment - Thank you \u200d️

Ok range, prices are a bit high - don’t bother putting your name down to call when a product comes in. They don’t even call to let you know so no idea why they wrote the product, my name and number in their book. I came in on my own accord when I noticed it was in stock on the website a week or so later and got told “we only hold it for 48hrs”. Ummm, how am I supposed to know it’s in if you don’t call me? Silly system and pointless.

I Love this place for everything. Friendly and helpful staff and Esky the hairdresser is the best. She knows hair and can do whatever you wish. I have always been super happy with her and my blow drys. I highly recommend Hairhouse for all your one stop shopping, needs.

Absolutely AMAZING service! Very helpful and friendly staff. Whenever I go to store for a purchase I’m always looked after :) I had my hair dyed by esky and she did such a fabulous job. Definitely the best store I’ve been to for my hair.

Hands down the best Hairhouse Warehouse I have been to. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel right at home. Special shoutout to their hairdresser, Esky! She knows exactly how to cut, colour and style perfectly! Esky has been cutting my hair for almost 2 years and that’s not changing any time soon.
