My wife went to them for getting treatment for stress and anxiety. They charged 160 for first visit. After she came back, she was hopping a very fresh and soothing effect but that gone totally horrifying. She lost her sleep, she couldn’t sleep for 4 nights. She was spending nights like owl Which turns her grumpy and moody. Off course if a person didn’t sleep for 4 days what you expect her to response. Mind you, before the session she was having very good sleep pattern. We contacted the clinic and they ask her to come to clinic as soon as possible with no charges. In that sitting they said don’t worry we will reverse the process, and thankfully that reverse process succeeded. But that first experience frightened me and my wife. What if Third sitting again gift us some new health problem? Forgive me but it’s more like buying problems, not recommended

I love my experience every time I go to Eastern Therapies. Houng came so highly recommended and yet she surpassed expectation. Her knowledge and care for patients is wonderful. I feels like a lot more gets 'looked after' than just the problem I go in with.
I went in after 3 weeks of pain, discomfort and compromised movement from my psoas/hip flexor muscle and left feeling so much better, thank you, thank you!
I had a terrible experience here. I found after the acupuncture session finished that several needles had been left in and not removed. I really didn't like the manner of the therapist. I've had much better experiences of acupuncture treatment elsewhere.
I went here for three consecutive days for laser accupuncture for smoking cessation a couple of years ago. I was kept waiting on all these days and for no good reason as this was early morning and there was no one around except for the guy on reception. The person I saw the first day was female, very good and definitely knew what she was doing. The next two days I saw two different men who kept referring to notes to see which areas to work on for what they had to do. They obviously were not familiar with what they were supposed to do and I felt like a test subject.Thankfully they were not surgeons or I would have been in trouble. People I have spoken to who have been there have all said they would rather see the same therapist every time they go and not a different face every time as it is not relaxing and it has put them off returning. After being a smoker for 35 years the treatment worked after the first day so travelling 2 hours each way for the next 2 days was a waste of time.There are other places offering exactly the same treatment for less money, but they are more in depth and you are treated by qualified PHD's. If I had known about them then, I would have gone there. I would not recommend this place as it is totally disorganised and the staff seems to change all the time. I have never met the owner, which is probably just as well. Not a good reflection on the business at all.

Eastern Therapies is an amazing place to go for acupuncture, they really know their stuff and take a lot of details down on your initial meeting so they are aware of your issues and aim to fix them, which they do. Very relaxing and I would recommend Eastern Therapies to anyone.
I visited Eastern therapies for acupuncture to help with bringing on my pregnancy labour as I was over due . And didn’t want to be induced . Every one was amazing . Highly recommend them next time I would start with them earlier .
