Bondi Junction Private Hospital was clean and quiet. My daughter had day surgery there and the process all went smoothly. The nurses were all very nice and friendly. The front reception was welcoming but obviously a little busy and slow to check us in. The doctors and theatre staff were professional and caring.

Bondi Private exceeded all my expectations, they were so welcoming and friendly and definitely eased my nerves in the lead up to surgery! The hospital is very clean and the privacy standards are unbeatable! They even give you a call the following day just to check up and make sure you’re doing okay or if you have any concerns! ️

I had two day procedures recently at Bondi Junction Private Hospital. Reception and nursing staff were both pleasant and professional. The care I received was excellent .

Exceptional patient care in a smaller private hospital setting. It is small but fresh, clean and modern. Very comfortable. Doesn't smell or seem so much like a typical hospital setting. The hospital staff are wonderful. The theatre nurse (don't recall the name) and bed nurse Anita were lovely. During my stay nothing was a hassle and all staff were very professional, attentive, kind and reassuring. Unfortunately positive hospital patient experiences like this one are quite rare these days. I went for my day surgery not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you all!

I had surgery at Bondi Junction Private Hospital last week and the standards at this hospital don't even compare to other reputable hospitals in the area. The rooms are freezing, arctic, and I too had to put on my own clothes for some semblance of warmth. I asked for blankets constantly and only after hours was a heater brought in to warm me up. I was served expired food, that stunk and the nurse commented how disgusting it smelled only to be told nothing else was available. I ate sushi that my mum purchased down the road. There was constant confusion and not a seamless well run operation at all. People are nice enough but the facilities and operations are abyssal.

I took my daughter there just over a year ago for a nose operation. The ward was cold and bare with no heating, just like an army barracks. My daughter was told to undress and she was freezing. She had to put her coat on. There no music, no TV and no pictures on the walls. The ambiance was not welcoming. It does not compare to the RPH or The San, save for the cost who charge the same but offer more comfort. I would not recommend.
