I highly recommend using Brullen Soft serve for your yogurt and soft ice cream machine rental and supply. I had a great experience and everything went flawlessly. I was grateful for the additional instruction and the exactness of the schedule. I can’t wait to use Brullen again in the near future.
Don’t waste your time and money. I try to buy this machine 2 times they saying we will call you but never response back it’s really funny and I call back they saying aaa we forgot. If you wanna try and see machine they calling you come to central coast. Before sale machine if they do this I can’t guess after sale machine if something happen you can find them.
I bought this product as an investment for my company and got it sooner than I thought. It came in a nice box that was very safe.
Worst experience I had in my life, they sold us a product that is malfunctioning and they dont want to held responsible for it. Awful customer service and very rude. They proclame themselves as "the best Soft serve machine in the second tier of machines" when clearly they are in the last tier with the chinese ones (by the way their machines are made in China too) They are a joke
I recommended Brullen for my fiend's bar and now he says he's grateful that he got these machines. Thank Justin and your team.
I have spoken to Justin, the owner, multiple times. He is just a used car salesman with no technical knowledge or understanding of soft-serve machines. The machines are made in China and always break down. The Brullen company then charges a fortune to get the machines fixed. Please do not buy from them.
