I rarely write reviews but I have to in this instance because my experience with Carpet Choice Bondi was exceptional. Tara was wonderful helping me on the phone to work out what I needed. When I went into the store, Shelly's expertise, patience and wonderful customer service meant we got the right carpet and at a great price. She understood exactly what we needed and was so helpful. The carpet layers were also incredible - quick, efficient, skilled, helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much Shelly and the team.
Thanks to Lee and Scott, Lee did a great job of helping us to choose the carpet for our rental apartment. Good quality carpet at a great price. The installer Scott did a sensational job of laying it, highly recommended to anyone looking for new carpet.
From when I first walked into the showroom in Bondi Junction, Shelly & Tara were incredibly helpful showing me a number of options for my upcoming floor renovation. They were both knowledgeable, extremely polite and made the entire experience a breeze. The contractor who did my floors (Dave) was also an absolute legend and constant professional who provided a fair quote and completed a flawless job. The entire experience from the showroom to completion was about 3 weeks which is unreal (especially in these weird times)! I’d 100% recommend using these guys if thinking about new floors in your house or apartment. Thanks again to Tara, Shelly, Dave and the team at Bowens Carpet Court!
Great service from Lee. Had a urgent carpet replacement, which he organised within a week. Scott the layer did a top job installing the carpet. Clean & tidy worker & very polite. Thanks all round!

Incredible service I had my carpet changed because of the storm. They cleaned all the mold and removed all the old carpet and then spend days tracking down the carpet to match the other rooms. Installer was amazing very clean and cleaned all the carpet that he installed thanks allot Scott and Lee.
The best professional service. All for the customer. Tara the most helpful, accomodating and nothing is any trouble! Her attitude is "can do" and she follows through. Beautiful carpet and beautifully laid. One is dealing with the experts here!
