My wife took my late father’s vintage saxophone to OMG for repair. In January 2019. We eventually got it back in October 2019 and discovered it was unplayable. After paying over 700 for the repair we had to pay a further 550 to KJ Music at Prospect for fixing up the mess Farzin had left us with. So far he has refused to reimburse us. We are aware of other dissatisfied customers. We would strongly advise against having instrument repairs carried out there.

We were totally deceived and ripped off. Get quotes in writing and don't pay if they do extra without asking. Better still don't get repairs done there at all. Finger board actually even fell off completely. Two weeks ended up four months. But they were too busy doing gigs, or too tired after gigs. If he spent as many hours on it as he made out...
