I spoke to Angelo from Sydney Appliance Services. While we had a “false start” in getting our machine repaired, he picked up our machine for another inspection. In the end, he concluded that the repair would cost more than the machine. He refunded the cost of the part that was fitted initially and even offered to dispose of our machine for us. Great service and dedication to customers.

They confirmed the are opend till 12:30pm on Saturday, arrived at 11:55am and they were already closed. Even told them we were coming on Saturday as well during the week. Disappointing

i used Sydney Appliances after dealing with a less than helpful or professional company and found them have really helpful customer service, guiding me to samsung for warranty even though i had just expired and then arriving on time and repairing the issues very quickly. would definitely recommend this company

Extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Very professional right from booking for an appointment all the way to the actual service. In particular, Tony, the technician who visited to repair my leaking fridge was truly professional and a thorough gentleman. Not only did he correctly identify the issue and sort the problem, he guided me through the warranty claims process and advised me on the next steps if the problem were to recur. Excellent service overall.
