I couldn't possibly appreciate my Pitmans experiences more. I'm frequently poping in for miscellaneous yamaha spares and have experienced nothing but exceptional service every time from all spares staff. One of the co-owner twins, is not only the most knowledgeable dude, but also the most eager person to genuinely help you out I've met. I've received honest and in depth mechanical advice and appreciated the occasional discount many many times over the years. I think its fair to say they've earnt a life customer
Good staff, very helpful, especially after giving me the wrong fuel filter, replaced with the correct one easily, would have thought wich such a big establishment that they would have better air conditioning, keep the shop cool in summer and would happily stay and browse for longer finding bike parts to buy that I don't need, but want
Yeah good guy in the used bike section. Unfortunately I snoozed and lost as it was sold before I got there. They turn them over so ring before ya go. Thumbs up tho.
I got a service, tyres and a battery done by Louis. Very happy with the price and service. Everything was explained thoroughly. He found a vacuum leak and fixed that up and the bike runs much better. Impressive.

Great service and friendly staff. The prices are fair and reasonable. They will try to get you a better deal if they can too. Keep going back for all my bike needs. If you have any problems, they will definitely try to help you out.
So where do I start from going all the way down south where they had helmets I wanted but terrible customers service I decide to return to Yamaha pitmans where I received some of the most friendly service felt like I'd know Lewis for years big thanks for all your help today and yesterday great bloke great service
