I bought a car from West End Mazda Blacktown last week. Very Happy with the service provided, I read lot of good reviews about Chris. I was thinking that when we will go to showroom we will ask for him and luckily he was the first person we met there and he escorted us with smile and enthusiasm. He is quite knowledgeable about cars and answered all our questions. Got the test drive and deal done in 30-45 minutes and got the car in 2 weeks time as promised. It was a Fantastic experience buying the car and will definitely recommend West End Mazda to friends.
Just bought a new car from them. It was the best experience in my new car purchases. Bobi was a very polite, patient, professional and friendly salesperson. There was no pushing, no sales pitch. He had spent almost an hour explaining each feature and how to use them. Highly recommended!
We bought a used Mazda 2 from West End Mazda at Blacktown. We met Issa at their showroom who showed us the car and took us for a test drive. He was honest, easy to talk to, answered all our questions and wasn't pushy at all. The car looked like new, had full log book history and run very smooth. We ended up buying the car on the spot, it was ready to be picked up two days later as promised and Issa took care of all the paperwork. Overall, it was a delightful car buying experience!
