Very bad experience. Consultant is just a name but there's no consultation. They will agree to whatever you say. No in house checking of documents, delay in process at every stage, and they don't even inform for delay unless you take their follow up. Multiple things. And refund policy is so bad...the consultant gives you one policy and the contract gives you other and in the end they will just say I will try my best. So to lure the clients they commit things that they can't even fulfill. I would give 0.5 stars if possible. 0.5 for options they gave after so much trouble and arguments I had to make to get things out of them.
