Been searching for Yamaha Tricity 155 and TeamMoto at Blacktown had the stock and the rest was history, lol. With their expert product knowledge and friendly attitude towards customers I felt welcomed and signed up on the spot. Don't know where my motocycle journey is going to take me but I know I'm lucky to have started from TeamMoto Yamaha Blacktown. Worse service ever experienced. Charges professional rate but apprentice works done on bike with no knowledge. And still arguing not their fault. Shame.
Prices for tyres are reasonable and staff did a great job fitting them. Service department looked a bit messy, cluttered and generally lacking space for customers to have a seat and wait.
Service install of ABS Goodridge Brakelines ABS front and rear with a new Brembo 19RCS MC install- I went there for install of new brakelines front and rear along with a Brembo MC on a Fireblade SP1 2017. I have adjustable clipons/risers so my lines were custom sized to allow for extra rise and without even asking me or doing the basics of what the bike had at drop off they worked with what they had and installed parts to make it a better install then doing just the basics. Reservoir was positioned to better suit limited space and brembo bracket not used by connecting to Clipons. Cable clamps i had at home to DIY myself as i had to adjust the risers to my wants but yet they installed new clamps where most other places would of left it as they received it. Along with bolt replacement from OEM to new to suit the new lines installed. 3hr job and worth it and will take back for service.
Wouldn’t even give a 1 star, but it’s the lowest possible, I would not recommend, walked in there they were all the salesman around a desk no one looked over at me but yet they were all sitting around eating at a table wouldn’t even look up and say hi to notice me, until finally from the other desk a guy Chang walked and he tried to have a small chat to me but he kept pushing the finance when he doesn’t even know I have a bike I wanted to sell aswel! Would not even give me a price for mine, waz a waist of time and dog of an experience, would not recommend. The olden day remnance of parramatta road car thieves are hanging around this shop... stay away!
Recently saw the team at Team Moto Blacktown about an Aprilia that had caught my eye. The team were very friendly and helpful, even though it was nearing closing time, Reece took me on a great joy/test ride, and gave a me a fair deal on my trade in, making the decision easy to upgrade to the new wheels! Very happy with the overall experience! Very happy with my purchase!
Went in to get some oils and servicing parts and the guys were more than happy to help find exactly what i needed and which ones best suited my requirements.
Just about to go for my bike licence and went there for a look around. The staff there were incredibly helpful and informative. They knew I wasn't buying on the day and still spent a terrific amount of time introducing me to bikes and the great range in gear that they stock.... Rare to get such great customer service in this day and age..... a great experience.
