I had a party last Sunday and I had booked a balloon for this day three weeks in advance just to come to the centre 10am as that’s what I got told and that’s what’s your trading hours supposed to be the lady she didn’t show till 10.30 and then I took her another half hour to blow the balloons so I was late for my schedule for an hour that will be my last time I will order from you guys bad service not happy
