I booked my daughter's car in for a service, approximately 2 weeks ago. I was told over the phone that it was a 3 year 60000 km service, which from memory was meant to be 199.00 or 179.00. I confirmed the cost with the person making the booking who indicated same. When I dropped the car off today, I was informed that it was 379.00. Lesson learnt. Make sure you get the name of the person who made the booking and get in writing the service cost. BTW, my daughter's car only has 36000 km on the clock, but due to the age of the vehicle, I understand the need for a 3 year service.
I purchased a car last week from Donald and picked it up on Tuesday. Donald and Jason were both so polite and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Cumberland Suzuki wasn't my closest dealership but due to their online advertising it encouraged me to go in. This was the best decision I ever made. Dealing with suzuki cumberland was an absolute delight! Couldn't recommend a better place to buy a car!
