Would give 0 stars if able to. Disgusting inedible food full of sugar and coconut milk. No vegetables used. The chicken tasted horrible. Cheap awful cuts of meat. Could well be circus animal grade meat imitating as chicken. Will not return.

The food here is pretty good usually but I won't be getting it again. They are so dodgy. They had cashew chicken in the glass area which is advertised as 8.90 with rice which I ordered. After looking at my receipt I realised I had been charged a few dollars more. When I asked why they said they are making it fresh in the kitchen, I was like why I asked for cashew chicken and rice which is right there advertised as 8.90?? The girls were rude. I made it obvious I was a bit annoyed but whatever I will just cop it. Once I eventually got my food it was clearly old. The rice was very chewy and the chicken tasted funky. I had a couple of bites and threw it out.

Today was my first time dining at Westpoint Blacktown and I chose Coco Wok due to their high Google rating. I ordered pad Thai with tofu, which was freshly cooked to order, with a wait of about 10 minutes due to the busy lunch hour. The Pad Thai was really tasty, nicely cooked noodles, delicious sauce, great wok breathe on the egg and tofu - which was a little lacking in the noodles. I would order from Coco Wok again. It's a shame they use styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery when dining in. Hopefully they will transition to more sustainable options in the near future.

My only wish is they label menu items that are gluten free; otherwise, I'm not coming back. Though my meal was very delicious, I unknowingly chose a dish made with oyster sauce and soy sauce. What can I say, I'm new to the disease--lesson learned.

Ordered chicken pad Thai via Uber eats and stated no bean sprouts & extra peanuts. This was clearly printed on the receipt with the order. Order was cooked & delivered promptly. However the pad Thai was filled with bean sprouts & included no peanuts. The pad Thai was all very spicy covered in hot sauce - which is not normal for pad Thai dish. I called coco wok and a man answered with broken English which was fine, I explained the issues very slowly and calmly & he continued to repeat - it is on the way being delivered. It started to become apparent that he understood what I was saying but did not want to offer a solution. Very disappointed.
