Dr Kate Drakos has been taking care of our family's oral health for over a decade. She is always kind, efficient, friendly, caring & gentle. So much so that when my daughter had to have a tooth extracted, it was out before she asked if it would hurt! She's also a great communicator - you know what the plan is, and why. Highly recommended!

I brought my 2 year son in to see Dr Kate Drakos he was extremely nervous but Kate managed to make him feel relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend Kate.
I've been coming too Blacktown Family Dental since i was a kid in High school (20 years ago) I then Met Dr Ian Charles. Back then i took his advice up. "Continue drinking soft drinks Acid types of drinks and smoking then I'll be visiting him more on a regular basis" Tell u what i deffinetly took his advice up. That has all gone out the window. Ive been doing my very best looking after my Teeth. Dr Ian Charles has great knowledge and is very Professional and takes extra care when performing his tasks. 5 Stars. Highly recommended.
I have been visiting Dr Charles for approximately 7 years. He has seen me for both run of the mill checkup and clean but also helped me with a dental emergency when I broke a tooth unexpectedly. Dr Charles' is a very knowledgeable and experienced dentist and I would highly recommend him. The practise is clean and welcoming and the staff are friendly.
I have seeing Dr Drakos for over 10 years, fabulous dentist so patient and gentle very kind! I have also seen Dr Charles for my wisdom teeth removal and he was so good! They are both great dentists, definitely recommend!

I was in wrong hand I think. Dr Kate hopeless dentist. For my sencetive teeth, couldn’t do any thing,just doing 2 X-ray I was out of door in 10-15 min. End up paying around 200 for nothing, I don’t recommend to anyone to her
Dr Charles is a fantastic dentist. I highly recommend him.
