The service here is generally quite ordinary. Most staff place a remarkably huge importance on their chats with colleagues, leaving custumer service a clear second place in terms of priority. This includes the lifeguards and particularly the front counter staff. The pools themselves are clean enough and good to swim at. I will continue to use this facility :)

Front desk staff name Michelle very rude and not experience in customer service at all. I enquired forth time about my daughter' swimming assessment with the same lady she said can't do it forth time. I explained very nicely that this is forth time I am enquiring about it her reply was can't do it. When I ask what is the issue she said staff issue. I pay full fees in advance I expect some sort of customer service be offered. Michelle definitely needs to do a course in customer service to sustain in her role. Really enjoying group fitness classes here. Staff are great.
Good place to excercise individually or in a group. Water Aerobics classes are good fun, and the gym is well equipped with instructors that are happy to assist is need be. Plenty of pools to have a recreational swim or lap swim for the more serious. There are learn to swim classes for all ages too. All staff are happy to help with any enquiry.
I wish i can leave no star for the customer service that my sister had experienced today, 26/01 at 9am. She meant to go to Blacktown Leisure at Stanhope but she put the incorrect centre at google maps and ended up at Blacktown Aquatic Centre. She then proceeded to ask the counter and asked to show the email booking confirmation only then being told “can’t you read your phone?” That was exceptionally rude and unprofessional.
Should renovate this facility to a much better place lile the one in Stanhope.
