My daughter and I have had a lovely afternoon learning how to make delicious treats. Sylvia is a passionate instructor who clearly wants you to know all there is to learn about chocolate. I have really enjoyed my lesson and highly recommend this class. Thank you to her assistant Adam and our classmate Michael who added a touch of laughter and joy to a delightful Saturday afternoon.
