They should not call themselves a hobby shop they only deal with remote control airplanes and some remote control boats and accessories and a limited selection of tools..

I've been flying rc for 30yrs and I still get tired of the grumpiness/snobbish attitude of nearly all hobby shop proprietors to their customers. Not so Xerxes(right spelling?) who runs XC-RC. I fly a FunCub (been thru 2 so far) and he is always good for parts and advice. And he stocks Multiplex, probably the best engineered range of kits on the market.
