Bayou Wing Chun & Qigong. Melbourne. I have trained under Yacine for the past two and a half years and during this time I have come to appreciate his knowledge, passion and commitment to Wing Chun and Qigong, which is a special attribute of his character and exuberance towards mentoring and teaching students of all ages and backgrounds. Yacine's training surpasses the fourteen years of combined Army and Victoria Police training, completing a Defensive Tactics and Conflict Resolution Instructor's Course which assimilated several fighting systems. Including a condensed master class delivered by Tino Cerberano and his senior students at the Police Academy in 1994. Yacine is able to teach his students how to understand the essence of Wing Chun, utilising correct structure, intention and energy. Providing a training process that ultimately leads students to an understanding of where energy and grounding comes from within the mind and body. Yacine has gained the respect of his students and fellow martial art practitioners from a variety of styles and experience, who recognise his teaching ability and attend his classes.
