Honest dealings and best price with freshest stock with Sales - Steve for friends cousin ... on a Cerato Hatch, New car presented perfect on delivery. Recommend over Ferntreegully who would not provide best price and tried to fillout a sales sheet 1st up. Go Blackburn Kia !

To me the hallmark of a great business is when the staff openly help each other and are relaxed and clearly happy with their work, and yet can answer every question promptly and completely. This is such a business, and must surely be one of Melbourne's best Kia dealerships. It doesn't hurt that Kia's broad range has other brands looking on with envy.

Picked the Stinger up at Kia Blackburn recently, but was away overseas for work, so I’ve been missing my new car! Now that I’m back in town I thought it was time to say a huge thank you to Tim and Anthony for all their help and for sharing my love for the Stinger, you guys and the rest of the team at Kia Blackburn made sure that this was a smooth, positive and enjoyable experience. Bought two new vehicles from Blackburn Kia in 4 years. What does that tell you? Great to deal with and a great attitude. It was easy. Competetive price we were happy with. Tried another local Kia dealership too, but came back to Blackburn Kia. Francis at Blackburn Kia took me seriously, followed up did a lot of work and got the sale. Still pending delivery due to Vic lockdown but Francis has consistently updated on status and kept us in the loop on a regular basis on where and when coming. Could not be happier and would recommend Blackburn Kia and Francis to anyone looking for a new Kia - give them a try first or last, but give them a try.

Edited on 8 feb (4 stars): After a bad experience in early Jan, I was promptly contacted by the store manager (Tim) and he was considerate enough to acknowledge the poor experience at the dealership when we visited first in Jan 2021. He then went on to followup with me a couple of times on the car I wanted, was very helpful and knowledgeable and also gave me a transparent and honest view of the car market and financing options. In addition he also gave me a good deal on the new Kia Sorento, one month out I have ordered my new car from Blackburn Kia, overall a complete experience turnaround, leading to the 4 stars! Thanks team Blackburn Kia and Tim. Looking forward to receiving my new car. original post on 6 Jan (1 star): Terrible dealership, waited for 15 mins. And left after a couple of salespeople ignored us and some told us that it won't be long. I guess Kia has got good cars but bad salesmanship.
