I've shopped at this store a few times now, which is a big for me coming from north. Both times the guys working have provided exceptional customer service. Recent purchase had a hiccup and they worked with me to make the experience pleasant and were very helpful both in packing and loading the purchase, providing product knowledge with additional purchases and deserve a pat on the back! Will use again!
Just a great place. Only place I go now for weights or work out equipment. If you need anything for your exercise at home just go here.

Southern Workout store have a great range of combat sports equipment, weight lifting gear and supplements. The staff are very friendly and have the personal experience to offer a helping hand with choosing the right equipment for you. They stock Punch Equipment which is a high quality Australian boxing gear brand. If you're looking at buying anything Boxing, weight lifting, or fitness related equipment you'll be getting in no a good deal but shopping here. I'll definitely be going back. I recommend this establishment.

Have been to both stores and was impressed with the wide selection of gear to choose from. Staff were helpful and knew what they were talking about. Not pushy which is what I like, just informative. Helped me find what I needed instead of what I thought I first wanted. Rare to find guys offering service in a retail environment these days. Now I just have to coax myself into using my machine this winter...
