Went in on 20.12.2019 to look for a starter surfboard for my daughter. I didnt get the member of staffs name but they went above and beyond to help us and give us advice as to which one to buy. We came away with a really good deal and a big smile on my daughter's face. Great customer service, thank you

I recently went in there to get a wetsuit - thought I’d grabbed the right size but had to return it later on during the day. When I went in for a second time, I explained what I needed to one of the staff, and eventually we were able to get the right size. Lots of fiddling with sizes, thickness, etc. but the staff member was extremely helpful and really knew what she was doing. I will definitely be going back to Sideways Surf!
