Well set out shop. Unfortunately I went there to purchase Skechers GoWalk shoes on special but the range did not accommodate. I was pleased though, as I was able to find a great snorkel mask, at a wonderful price.

Went to the Kawana Waters store on Saturday the 10th April to purchase several body boards that were on special for club members. As we walked in the front door there was a large display of them next to the entry gate obviously to attract customers. To our excitement they were ticketed for 9.99, now we knew they started at 14.99 on special and we have the ability to read that the ticket is for headlamps so we thought maybe the ticket had been spun around and was on the other side .... nope that was 9.99 for something different again. At this point a middle aged blonde lady barked at us to move away from the entry gate. So we progressed through the store and realised this wasn't a one off, lots of incorrect ticketing followed up with a lot of stock without any ticketing.
Would give them ZERO star would that even be possible. what an appalling company! their customer care is just a bunch of arrogant clowns, for what I'm concerned they can go belly up. They just don't deserve your business
Pretty disappointed. After seeing a big sign offering a free fishing rod with 50 purchase I bought 70 worth. After paying for the items I was told that there were only a few rods available and they had all gone. So why leave the sign up?
I have been a long time customer at Anaconda stores however my recent visit has left me feeling quite horrified and very disappointed with the behavior/manor of staff. Last week I visited the Kawana Waters store with my young daughter to purchase a new fishing rod. While looking at rods a middle aged woman with blonde hair walked straight past us without offering any sort of assistance. The woman than began loudly belittling a younger male employee in the next aisle over. I am not completely sure what the altercation was about however she rose her voice considerably and at one point even swore at the younger boy. This sort of behavior was not acceptable for me, especially around my younger daughter so I quickly exited the store and visited an alternative. Disappointing as all previous visits to the store have been excellent and Anaconda has a great range of products and prices. Just a shame some employees are unable to act maturely and show some decency towards other staff and when around younger children/customers. Will not be visiting the store again.
Great range of products, only thing is you have to have time to walk around and find all products as same thkngs are not in one area eg inflating camp beds
Been a few times. Staff are always fantastic. Five stars doesn't do the staff justice.
It is ok provided u wish to support China.. bunnings anaconda all need to set examples that they wish to look after our country & our grandchildren by seeking other suppliers/ sources .. albeit the staff here are good & helpful.
