I honestly don't know why my review disappeared but here is another... What an amazing place...the air is crisp and the landscape glorious, a true slice of paradise. On arrival, we signed in manually and then were offered, a taste of the differing apple varieties available for picking. Baskets are provided but we brought our own. All staff are welcoming... We were shown the amenities and the clear instructions were given for where to pick. Traffic cones, cordoned off orchards and signs make picking super easy and stress free. We made our way back, to weigh our personally picked apples, there is also home made jam, jelly, apple cider vinegar, apple juice, Hillbilly Cider ( all were tried once home, oh my goodness, your Quince Jelly ) We will see you again, very soon...thank you for a wonderful day and experience.

Wonderful experience for us and our grandchildren, fresh apples from the tree. We came a long distance and it is always worth it. So glad we booked the day before, it was buzzing. We will be back again next year. Thanks everybody for a great day!!!!!

Great experience with our 4 and 5 year old AND cocker spaniel. Recommend to call or text in advance. Bill and Julie are super friendly and accomodating. Delicious apples too!

Wonderful and delicious apples and pears. I just love the older variety of apple, reminds me of my childhood. I look forward every week or so to the different varieties as well as their own variety of apple. Thanks Bill and Julie

We had a beautiful afternoon at Shields orchard after 'the covid 19 stay at home' period. It was a perfect place to do something healthy together as a family in the country..
