Buyer Beware!! Seems this shop is happy to take your money but takes no responsibility for faults with their watches. A watch which is only 6 weeks old and purchased as a Christmas gift stopped working within a short time. They refuse to take it back or check it. 'If they touch it, they will void the warranty'. It needs to be sent to Sydney from Gold Coast at my expense to have it looked at. I would never have purchased from a retailer like this knowing this is how they operate. Look for a reputable jeweler or watchmaker. If I could give no stars I would.

Worst Store Ever... I bought Earnshaw watch from there and it got problem and was sent to Warrenty and they took really long time to fix it and also when i got that watch from next day i got same problem . I asked then if i can exchange or can add money to upgrade better watch but they denied . I paid that much money and now i just have disappointment left with me . No more interest on watch and i cant go there time and again to ask warrenty and wait for next 4-5 weeks and take them back and again send it for warranty. Much disappointed...... Request everyone not to buy anything from there ....

I am very satisfied with the customer service I have received, the young sales assistant “tiana” was very helpful and was very patient. I was looking for a gift for my dad and there were just so many options that I couldn’t make up my mind and started getting confused on what he would like, she approached me and offered me help and started selecting some nice looking watches that she said was very in Trend, she was so patient with my decision making, she told me I could look at as many as I wanted. I ended up choosing a Hugo boss watch and my father absolutely loved it, Definitely recommend this place

This is for Brisbane Dfo store- My daughter bought her boyfriend a Swiss watch for his birthday only to have it break after just 1 week. They took it in to be repaired as its obviously still under warranty, were told it would be around 8 weeks to be fixed and returned. Fine. After 8 weeks they go in to find that it hasn't even been sent off to be fixed. The store was apparently waiting on a confirmation from them. Confirmation of what?? They obviously want it fixed, that's why they brought it back. This was aparently asked via email ( that doesn't exist, they searched) but after so long you would think they would ring or try to contact them again. Nope. Nothing. Then on asking for it now to be sent off to be fixed they were charged for it. The watch is under warranty. It lasted a week!!! They paid because they just wanted it fixed. So now they are out of pocket more and have to wait a further 8 weeks. Dont shop here. You'll be hundreds of dollars out of pocket for rubbish and horrible customer service

The absolute worst customer service I have EVER had, I sent my watch away in January to have repaired, it took 2 months to come back to only have the wrong colour part on it. That was fine, it wasn't their fault and was within the repair time frame. However they advised they would order the correct colour part in. This is where the absolutely horrible service began, I waited a month or so before calling the first time, I was advised that the watchmaker would call me with an update on Monday but they never did. I called about 10 times throughout this process and visited the store 4 times, everytime I got the same answer, "sorry the watchmaker isn't in we will get them to call you on Monday" NOT ONCE did this watchmaker call me to update myself and it took 5 months for the part to come in. I will never step foot in this store again. Absolutely horrible experience
